wildcard ....

Heard a rumour a while back that new federal regulations were being contemplated in response to corrosion-related pipeline breaks. Rumour had it that ALL pipelines under federal jurisdiction (i.e. anything that crosses a border) would be required to undergo visual inspection. Just imagine ....
