inside novell, I have read the analysis you posted twice, but to my surprise did not find any mention of Reed's stock options. << .. We are a little concerned about Cabletron's long-term future, however, due to Craig Benson's self-confessed shortcoming in strategic planning and the lack of long-term commitment (other than his seat on Cabletron's board) from Mr. Reed.>> If he still has the significant number of $30 to $35 stock options and 3 years time span to exorcise them then I would think Cabletron can count on his long term commitment and good advise. Am I too naive???
