Cheryl; This could qualify as another of those rumors although the source is what I consider to be a most reliable one within the company. It was reported that TAVA has been engaged by Kimberly Clark to do an assessment for the KC domestic plants. The assessment would be conducted by TAVA this quarter with remediation planned to be complete by Dec 98. It was not determined who would do the remediation and it is unknown how KC plans to assess the international plants.

My understanding is that the assessment was initiated in Feb. and that some remediation needs have been identified.
