jean,

I have owned this stock for some time. I have suffered the results of this ownership. I have a few honest points to express concerning this company.

The repeated delay or orders into the next quarter always holds out great hope to stock holders. (Con artists do the same thing to their victims until they are ready to cash out.) This tactic has got to stop. It is giving IDX a bad image. "Sorry, never pealed no potatoes! Promises, never did no work!"

The "one time write off" seems to be an annual routine accounting procedure. There is always a reason to write something off at IDX. ( I wonder if they have a creative write off department.) Write offs are being used to cover a lot of management sins in general. They do not spark investor confidence. IDX needs to quite the write off habit if they are to gain creditability. Publicly state the problem to all investors and get on with fixing the problem, not hiding it.

I no longer believe IDX is a good long term investment. It may have some short term speculative value. I will sell IDX when it makes sense to sell it. I hope it will not be an end of the year tax sale.
