I have been on the "Net" for over a year now and can tell you that every commercial enterprise is having growing pains and equipment problems....You have to look beyond this as it happened in all new technologies... These problems will be solved , witness, AOL just a short time ago had the same problems.... The name of the game is grab market share as fast as you can, then clean up the operation and bring the profit to the bottom line... Ameritrade has grown about 90% in the last year, they are adding accounts at a record clip. Sure they have complaints, but they will be handled and the end result will be a very profitable investment if you give it a year or two...Gil
