Rosner stands in the way of this company's sucess. If enough people got together they could oust Rosner. How many shares voted at the meeting, 16% of which 15% was rosner. Rosner seems to use the company as his pet cash box, travels well, I do not think he steals the money, but is too profligate and makes wrong decisions. Buy up stock a while after the amalgamation when it sinks again and wait till we have enough to oust him. Bill
