Thanks Bill still MACE , sold federal , may be a good deal Armor Holdings (ABE) is very aggressive in the law enforcement and international government markets . It appears Florida based ABE bought the non-consumer portion of MACE (MSI) , and will license the MACE brand name in that market : biz.yahoo.com MACE's COB Marvin Brown is a experienced acquisition expert as well as a former Wall Street underwriter . He has been in the acquisition mode for over a year and I suspect the $6 mln already has a home . Regards, Jim K.
