FBN shareholders! There is not a WORD of truth in the scurrilous rumor currently propagated--by means of a falsified "press release"--by Andrew Vance, the well-known short.

He says: As investors rushed to grab up as many shares of the company as they could, investors were unaware of the doubling of shares going into the float.

Absolutely untrue! We here at FBN made it clear throughout the trading day that warrants were being exercised. Given the size of the offering, an increased float was--and will be--in the best interests of shareholders.

There is NO ongoing SEC investigation. Another LIE! We ourselves are currently considering how best to take legal action against this evil cartel!
