If not do you believe they are subject to a lawsuit if they deploy their technology or am I missing something? To my knowledge they've not licensed and if they sell products claiming standard-compliance, they'll have a law suit quicker than you can blink. It's one thing to thumb your nose at a small R&D company, quite another to go against TI. Who'll take a chance on buying hot products? Later -- Pat
