Good bye and good luck G. Seamans. A huge cloud has been lifted from the stock as a result. Management credibility had become a real issue that bothered me to no end. I still remember when it hit home last October and precipitated an intense reappraisal of my investment decision on WSTL. I believe WSTL remains firmly in the drivers seat for any GTE contracts.
