NW, I have to agree totally about the writoffs.Streamlining operations for a company with a few hundred employees?BAT...a development stage company with 1 office(i assume)...is this type of acquistion hard to get under the corporate umbrella?It does seem to me IDX management uses these writeoffs(reorgs,legal expenses,etc)to cover for their own ineptness at running the company.When's the last time that they didn't announce a writeoff for something?Who cares if you have a great product if you can't make any profit selling it? Time for a management shakeup.I don't think Fowler has the management skills to take the company to the big time..if it ever gets there. I've been sitting on this dead stock for 2+ years and have no profit yet and might never.Have a nice paper loss though.Thanks Randy.Will your company ever make some decent profit?I have no choice but to hold now...either I lose everything or IDX makes me some $$$$$$$$. Long and thinking bad thoughts right now. S Hey bg...see you in virtual Cabo...maybe 1999 will be the year for Cabo...with NRID stock lol just kidding even though I own 1000 NRID shares.
