Anyone out there have some reliable information/opinion outside hype and the CYA filings. Seems like a great product(s), needed in the present and future and something that the great software companies will want to scoop. Yet the company got itself in the hole with one of those no floor convertible financing jobs of which the guys with dark shirts and white ties would be proud. Now it looks like the company may turn the corner with cash infusion through increased sales and/or sale of subsidiary. Any thoughts?
