Andrew, CHB is doing outstanding. I made one of my biggest bonehead moves in late October when I sold CHB at $17. I moved to some higher visibility issues where I was sure my shares would appreciate faster than a low profile manufactured housing company. The one thing I have learned (which I already knew, but failed to apply) is that the industry or product doesn't matter if a company is lead by quality management. It hurts to see what I have been missing because of my own lack of good judgement. These learning experiences are killing me. Best of luck to you and the other CHB investors. Regards Dave
