I'm not sure that I agree with your comparison of whites and white supremists being the same as homosexuals and homosexual pedophiles. A white person is not tainted by feeling of supremacy because they are white but both groups, the homosexuals and homosexual pedophiles are depraved, just to different degrees maybe. The homosexuals in general don't disapprove of NAMBLA but they do want to keep them in the closet and sound like they don't because it certainly wouldn't help there cause. There was a conflict about having NAMBLA in Clinton's inaugural parade because they are too controversial, not because the homosexual community disapproved.
