It was posted on the internet that the SEC had been alerted to this by an "investor" and I believed that to be Jerry Simon, because he was an investor. I knew you were not an investor. Jerry was posting quite a bit at that time. That is how I perceived it as the SEC had made the statement or I read it in the paper. To my recollection you had never stated on this thread, you had "visited" the SEC office in Chicago about this company in October. I believe you stated you had "contacted" the SEC and given them this information, but I do not recall you stating Oct. I might be wrong about this, and will check. I am a little surprised that you decided without benefit of asking the SEC to go ahead and post your message to this thread in 1996 after your visit to their offices in October. I agree sometimes in our system, things just do not happen fast enough for us private citizens, so I can understand why you did this, but I would have thought you would have at least let them be aware you were doing this without jeopardizing any plans they had to do so and saying that. You definitely stated you took it upon your own to post it and let the people on this thread come to their own conclusions. Sometimes private citizens who resort to taking matters into their own hands can circumvent the authorities plans.
Thank you for posting your chronology to me. It gives me more information than I had before and gives me some more questions to ask of others. And yes, I do know the rest of the story up to this point but I do not know the rest of the story from all of the others and am still waiting to hear it. I hope it happens at some point because there are still a lot of unknowns here. Since I read in the paper that the judge wanted the civil suit to be settled before sentencing M. Klenovic, I would think that something would be known on or before April 21st. I certainly do know that sometimes after it is said and done things come out that do not happen in the course of what was going on at the time of the matter.

P.S. Asking about the cross had nothing to do with being a "self righteous crusader" or anything to do with religion. It had to do with some information that I found out myself on my own. I had a legitimate reason for asking and yes, you are right, at this time I do not wish to elaborate but I certainly will be verbal about it later if I connect it. Noone has ever seen you and they have just talked with you, so as a private citizen who takes it upon himself to post what you posted without any proof about others than Klenovic and Bunte still bothers me and now it seems you are angry that Arata was never charged and Korpal is not culpable because of Klenovic and Bunte and Craig Sheffield's name has not even been mentioned, bothers me and lacks poetic justice. I am sorry that I did not respond fast enough to you for you to have to ask Cindy Powell to enlighten you. I am certainly not surprised to see her response. It is my opinion she is naive at times but that just may come with lack of experience and she should not be faulted for that, she has much life ahead of her but she does tend to get creative with her insults and I find them disgusting so I ignore her. I do not spend every waking hour on this computer as she seems to because if you address a message to someone, she does not even give them a chance to respond before she takes it upon herself to respond and I try to answer posts in the order they arrive. (It's called courtesy) Sometimes, it takes me a few days because I do have a life and many other responsibilities and I just do not pop off without giving thought to it or having a reason. Most understand that. I feel there is no further reason for me to post to you as I hope I have answered your concerns at this time and I am back to lurking when I can and waitng for the the final outcome to arrive. nh |
