Rob,

I figure either Zonagen is too wise to waste their money on libel suits against Wexler, when they could be buying stock with it, (In that kind of suit, I understand it's a huge expense of money and time, so often can hardly be worth the win.) or they know they'd lose the suit.

I think it's past my bedtime again. I'm unable to write simple declarative sentences. Or, you have me under a spell. :-)
