Dave, a bonder sells for about $60,000. You only overestimated by 1 order of magnitude. Whether to worry about the cancellation depends upon whether or not unit volume will fail to rise. If customer A doesn't package the chips then customer B will. Given that KLIC has a near monopoly on this equipment, they will sell to whoever is getting the business. Any guesses re KLIC's close tomorrow? Up or down? Ian.
