Winningstad's [alleged] 11/97 dumping of 300,000 shares, management's continued/consistent patterns of silence, no institutional buying, Cruttenden 2/98 retail-side HOLD all seem to make sense now...and these alleged accounting problems certainly? are not pursuant to Q1 '98 but Q4 '97...so the question now is will fy '97 be restated? which could be more positive than a hit to Q1 '98 but that also assumes Resnick and Koski are terminated for cause and a more seasoned management brought in...Simms, certainly has to be doing something about this post haste contemporaneous with timely news release(s) or there will most assuredly be [class action] litigation, in our opinion. We certainly are not going to be passive.

The fundamentals are solid and this is a minor hit but a major and unsustainable blow, in our opinion, to a management team with already little credibility with the street.
