FYI - I am only going to say this one time and one time only (as a gift to all those who can understand and absorb the implications) If you can't - I pity you (not referring to you Sam) No marketing+guaranteed large volumes of phone traffic=big cash flow in-country branding by local telecom company of phone cards=instant recognition (I have no clue if DGIV thought of this - but if they didn't - they know now :-) VoIP GSM calling cards=satellite phones relegated to rural areas (from 100's of billions in prior investments planned 5-10 years ago when there was no such thing as VoIP) Teledesic bombing=Gates looking elsewhere for other options (just a guess and a guess only) Sam now to answer your question - IMHO - is "in my humble opinion" LOL is "laughing out loud" Good evening and good night.
