Larry, the insider remuneration sure seems high compared to other grassroots enterprises. I wonder if institutional buyers take this kind of stuff into consideration when they invest in these little Co's? It may not make any difference to creative financiers as they don't stick around too long, but for somebody buying the stock based on management, it could have an impact. The scary part is; will the current BOD p*ss away any new financing in the same fashion?
