It's good to know that you are keeping the faith RGFX with another buy-in even with it's slip. I also should apologize for my smart comments regarding the suit. I did not mean to imply that there were no truly affected investors. I have NO problem with a legitimate claim, however, I feel very strongly about those claims being brought in such a manner that it effects everyone else in the game. I don't think we would be quite this disgruntled if the action had never been filed. I would LOVE to get a copy of the complaint filed. - Mell P.S. Got a call from someone from RGFX re: the litigation, but I am aprehensive to return the call. Any thoughts?
