It would surprise me if Millenco were still around at that level of holdings, unless those shares were part of those they converted in June/July 1997. However, I would have expected that all the shares they converted they sold, otherwise why convert. So, who knows... Regardless, I was told and then verified a half hour ago, the news isn't supposed to be about Millenco.

By the way, if you like MDIX's business, look at PCNI. It's about to become a penny stock, and in my mind will be divested a part at a time. I think it bears looking at when it re-opens trading.
