Charles, The scriptures say that salvation is found under only one name. Jesus Christ. <<Jesus did not show any interest in establishing a church or a religion.>> Jesus told Peter that upon this rock I will build my church. That rock was the revelation that Jesus was the Son of God and came to be a propitiation for our sins. It's the only church that the gates of hell cannot prevail against.
