Blankmind, I mean no disrespect. But if you require a company to have positive earnings before you buy them, then perhaps you are shopping in the wrong market.

For the sake of less experienced investors, allow me to characterize the classifications: [forgive sweeping generalizations]

Under .10 penny stocks are generally lucky if they have a story.
Under .20 have a story that investors have bought into.
Under .40 have the promise of big news or positive earnings.
Under 1.00 have the first sign of reality, in the form of SEC filings,
contracts with big companies, etc.

The 1 to 5 dollar range is what I call purgatory. For mature
companies that have their act together and are waiting for some missing factor to propel them to real respectability. Some make it thru, some fall back, but the majority linger here for what seems to be an eternity.

5 to 10 are the probation stocks. These have proven themselves worthy of real money investments, but one false move and the bottom drops out. Many of these have been to the mountain, but have fallen back. 10 dollars is the "Made it" mark. Pretty safe bets and smooth water from here on up.

Now positioning ICUT in a proper range is easier. Everyone will no doubt have a different view on ICUT and any stock. That is why some people sell when others buy and vice versa. And everyone should make up their own minds as to what each stock is worth to them and trade accordingly and NOT how others steer, discourage, hype or influence them.
