I just read the 10Q and there are some interesting developments that will occur shortly. One, the NASDAQ delisting proceedings have started and have been in effect since feb. 13, 1998. JBOH has 90 days to get their stock price over $1.00. They are only 40 days left. JBOH also mentions that a reverse split is not out of the question. I personally don't think a reverse split is necessary since JBOH is very close to the one buck threshold. Second, JBOH is seeking outside financing to expand their on-going operations. If this not occur soon look for a sale of this company. Third, The William Kott/SEC issue appears to be resolved now that Kott is permanently out of the picture - good riddance. The one wild card of course is the trading house - I hope JBOH went long.
