TWICK:
Don't know of any way to increase the number. Wish I did. Question back to you, if you please. How do you set the server you are logging on to. I've got Amy and Cindy, but not the DNS number you posted. My copy of IT dates from the Papyrus days and Amy and Cindy were default set. Did Kanisa add the additional server or do you know a way to add it?

Yes, as to problems today. Today response was dragging, updating got slower and slower, seemingly every five minutes or so, and finally it seemed to freeze. I logged off and when I logged later I got the nefarious "login / password are invalid" message. Just tried again and same result. According to the FAQ at kanisa.com there are several possible reasons for this the most likely being that the server is busy. More likely down. Acted like it had been hit by a virus. I understand there have been a number of such attacks on various net servers lately (including SI). Hope it's working by tomorrow.
