No the 8060 is not an Intel specific bonder.

If you want to speculate on who might have cancelled, a better WAG could be ANAM - large and Korean. But KnS didn't make it public in the press release and it will probably be a few days before credible rumours are out. Until then, of course, people can spread all the FUD that they choose.

I further believe that most of the weak hands are already out; that there's a lot of money on the sideline eager to be reinvested; tomorrow, they're likely to look at as a last opportunity to get into KLIC before TAKE-OFF.
