Kirk, Good find. I'm not sure what to make of this. I don't know much about FCC regulation of overseas traffic or whether the FCC is even involved in regulating international long distance. Do we have any FCC experts out there?? It seems to me that DGIV's primary markets are overseas where the impact of FCC regulation is likely to be the least. Of all the companies in the Internet telephony business, I would guess this would affect DGIV less than the other players in the field. Reactions anybody?? Rick
