Bob, I suspect that MAC is a bunch of Mongolian crapshooters with a little money and some credit who thought they were going to get rich (like you and me)but reality caught them short and with no deep pockets. In today's market they cannot recover their investment. They need to downsize their % ownership(if this is OK with Mongolian Govt) or enlist more investors such as a PP offering. Stonewalling by MAC sinks the ship and we all go down. Dave, It looks like you really should try to enlist the Govt to intercede here and expedite a solution. My preference is for MGR to fill the gap and recalibrate the ownership accordingly. Thanks for the prompt response on my questions. Good Luck, Pete
