Where you will see those shares show up is on the DTC report Call the transfer agent and check to see what the float was say last month this time and then ask what it is now.

If they simply send those certificates in you will see the float grow by that much, but that does not mean they sold it only means that they are now deposited into a brokerage account. Does anyone know exactly how much they got , if its more then 5 percent of the companys outstanding shares they will have to file to sell , i doubt they got that much but thats how it will work

FOR the guy wondering about wether or not it was a buy or a sell the other day,

here are some points that might help you ... IF i hold stock and say you want stock , that means i sell and you buy, there is always a buyer and a seller no matter where it goes off at , the bid , in between , at the offer , wherever. In regards to MM's they dont typically HOLD stock , they like to go home flat , they are only there for liquidty not investing in a dream. The trade was probably just a limit order that had been sitting for a long time and they finally got enough stock to fill the order. but it in no way was any MM loading up for winter JMO
