Zead, Not much new in this filing not already known. Company plans to move to a larger facility in PA when its lease expires in Oct, according to the filing. They can sure use the space, and I would hope that they will take that opportunity to consolidate some of AEMI's and RDL's assets as part of the move, as I assume there would be some efficiencies gained by it. I noticed that the Germany office opened to prepare for the expected DASA opportunities. I'll be watching to see if they increase the manning there over time. I hope Orbit can target more EMC areas in the future as part of its acquisition strategy, since this looks like the fastest growth area for the foreseeable future. regards, Louis
