Larry, I just discovered this Co. yesterday myself. I hope Richard's notes will prove enlightening- thanks in advance Richard. From what I read about the IPO however, it seem that the shares were distributed to shareholders of a former CO. out of which MEME came to exist. I don't know facts, but my reading tells me that the equipment used for this operation is much cheaper than the millions once mentioned on this thread. And what banker wouldn't jump at great looking returns! But don't forget the 94mil of unissued but authorized stock. If the time comes, I won't be surprised to see a new offering appear. Dan
