Scott:I am writing this reply while participating the ZITL conference call. Here we go:

Base business is not as bleak as it looks. CASD is accepted well by performance oriented customers and there are repeat customers. With a ramp-up sales force, this thing will expand, like hot-air baloon.

MatriDigm ownership is ONLY 33% not 35%. Jack King did his usual disclaimer stuff. He indicated the BRCP deal was like a payment to Esping for work done in helping a startup company. ZITL will supply the CASD "washing machine" in the portable code conversion factory. Currently, only alpha tests were conducted.Beta tests using live data will commence early next month. Results of beta tests will be known in 60 days or so. No comments on the VIAS/MatriDigm marriage. No comments on stock splits. Early results from Nevada cannot be disclosed to public. Could not disclose the number of alpha or beta test sites. Jack King believed that MatriDigm will achieve their objectives of find, fix and test the codes. Damn it, I am too busy typing and forgot to grill him about the question on "compile". Jack did NOT know how large of this market and how much he was going to charge per line of code (Dave Stewart's question). The whole thing around this area has very little substance and again, a lot of hot-air.

The analysts gave the impression that they were "question anything and everything" as suggested by some persistent contrarians in this thread. But my take is that these jokers were asking the wrong questions or questions steered towards the non-answers by this elusive King who did a splendid job ib dodging the pointed questions. What a collection of hot-air!

Best wishes from a mad monk.
