I agree. Just tried wading through the 10K - I'm not a finance guy so a lot of it goes in and right back out. However, I think all the details are plainly spelled out for all to see. IMO, BOST may be running close to its parameter limits but this is no reason to panic unless the it develops into a downward trend which now I do not think it is currently. And the fact that the news was picked up off the 10K and there has been no press release also warning of the possible violation makes it less significant IMO. So now may be a good time to re-evalute the value versus price of BOST. Good Investing. Terry
