The answer is a "tentative " YES.

The caveat is that Intel did not disable the 3.5X CPU/System Bus Clock Multiplier capability on the PII/333. You will have to check that out yourself - and that is a Pentium II issue - not the MotherBoard.

If it works, the PII/333 will run at 350 MHz using the 3.5 X CLock Multiplier.
