Steve we are all under the pressure here. The potential of Mizek is not a subject of the debate. All the data and specification including the feasibility study is available on SPE web site. This link may be useful for you as you can read about the study there,

John's absence has always brought a good news release in the past. If he is not present on the thread he probably has a good reason why.

Forgive us for having a bit fun here, but you do understand that situation is very ironic. Steppe has put hand on $5 billion of geological resources but trades at the level of companies which have virtually nothing. I believe that we are all aware how important is financing for this company and there is no question that is a very existence of Steppe in the future on stake here.
I find upsetting since this is a "all or nothing" speculation that some people find a sale of 1000 a share at 0.28 some sort of a "salvation from loss" measures and other at 0.30 and so on. I don't find this a fundamentally threatening but it is unpleasant to see how little thought is given why some are in the stock in the first place.
I do not refer to anyone, I am thinking of today's trading which is faceless to me.
The conclusion what ever it is will be known probably in shorter time than we first heard of Mizek Mine. You have said yourself by September if Mizek is not running than we toast. I would go even further, if in April financing is not in place than there is a problem, although I don't know how long it would take to start up the operations and finish construction, etc. I credit SPE for keeping the promise and bringing SBL to the table. Now this is beyond the company. SBL holds all the cards. I hope, they will deal them in our favor.
Regards
Robert
