Hi Doug,

Apparently not for NTII. A post I left over at Yahoo.

Hi Hooch,

It has been quiet. What you need to know is this. In less than a few months time and we should be out of the woods. This will require patients however I believe we will be rewarded. Especially those who are buying under a buck. Keep the faith.

Here goes; Look up NTII at: fe.freeedgar.com
And you'll find this. For Jan 1998.

Common Stock,
$ .01 par value 500,000 shares $.656 $328,000 $108.24
------------------- ----------------- ----------------------- ----------------------- ---------------
FN:
(1) Pursuant to Rule 457 (h), the registration fee was computed on the basis of the market value of the Common Stock, computed in accordance with Rule 457 (c) on the basis of the average of the high and low prices per share of such Common Stock as reported on The Nasdaq SmallCap Market on January 7, 1998.

The financing is ongoing. I spoke with Paul Freiman last week. Coupled with the above Paul suggested this would be adequite
to advance the company and position it for a collaboration with big pharma. Paul said this was inhouse financing through current shareholders. I'd say this boarders on insider buying wouldn't you. Anyway, I love the way this is playing out. Don't expect the company to announce this financing. The next announcment will be either the completion of P-2 testing or a deal with Big Pharma.

BEST WISHES
LONE WOLF
