The market is trendy enviroment...and the trend has been to rally on bad news. Because the market already discounts for it . Expect very brief weakness in westell when GTE does their Titanic box office impession of Adsl deployment however people that know the industry will see that their Orctf plans are a Tech path to keep them off Gilligan's island since they can,t get Mr.T. Howe III to foot the bill. Eventually Gte will do their best rendition of Good Will Hunting for a Dslam....Of yes watch for westell to put a bottom in place and this time the upside turn will stick...
