Without prejudice John. I have never stated on any occasion that I would insult or embarrass you. Once again you are being dishonest in your dealings with me by accusing me and trying to play the good clean guy. Thank you for answering my questions. I was satisfied with many of the answers except concerning the financing. It is here that I think you are being presumptuous by stating in your 98 business plan that you intend to raise financing at $1.20 per share. Your CFO thinks this is ludicrous too.I have spoken to him many times. I know very well the state of financial affairs at Unitec. I know why two of the directors recently resigned. I know all about the way you deal with people because I know how you have dealt with me. Indeed you will soon be receiving registered mail concerning your dealings with me. Indeed that is why I use the term "without prejudice". Some matters are best to be decided by an unbiased judge in a court of law. Other matters one would hope could be worked out amongst professionals in a mature and timely manner to the benefit of all. Sincerely, DBT
