flaget,
Help me here. You wrote:
Marvelous Brad: Inre your weak, nearly illiterate, reposte earlier today:
What does "Inre" mean? I can't figure out if this is a new word or a spelling error. This stuff bugs me. I'm not illiterate, but I do have weakness. I'm still trying to figure out where "in a pig's eye" comes from. Perhaps you can help me? Oh...I'm having trouble with "reposte" also.....?????...In fact, your entire post makes no sense and is quite wrong. Ranting and raving, for the most part. Calm down, take a deep breath......and remember to exhale.
When you margin stock, you take the risk of getting a margin call. If you do not use margin to buy stocks, your stocks can never be sold from out from under you....no matter how low they go.
When a stock drops quickly...smart people know that margin calls will drive the price of the stock down even further.......they take advantage of the situation. You saw this today.
The sad thing about what is happening now, is that small investors will sell out...and their shares will be picked up by the sharp folks who already have millions and millions of dollars.
And as far as sheetrock? I must pay my bill in full every month......Just like the American Express Green Card. Visa cards are where folks run into trouble.
Buck is a big boy. If he uses margin to leverage his stocks........then he takes the risk. People who take risk reap the rewards and also pay the piper. Such is life. IDX is the only strong pure play on biometrics. The people who are buying now will prosper.

ps. Conseco does not own any IDX.......but they may if the biometric ID business finally breaks out......So will many, many funds and institutions. |
