OK, hopefully we are all done venting. Now let's recap: All we had before having read that article, we still have. The Form 10, while a higher priority with us than management, will still be filed.(To paraphrase the great former Maryland basketball coach Lefty Driesell: "They may be dumb but they ain't stupid!" News coming out next week! Stock may continue to fall in short run; what else is new? For now,let's relax and watch the action. There, I feel better already. Richard--hope you reconsider. TG
