Dear Mr Joseph Murphy, As I am no longer an employee of Cardcall or DCI (reference my resignation letter of February 98) and as you are not responding to any emails, faxes or letters I address and send to you, nor other directors and officers of DCI, I wish to ask of you the following REFERENCE THE DCI PUBLIC SHARES BUYBACK PROGRAM ================================================ Can you please inform the shareholders of this company, (of which I am one) exactly how many shares were bought back from shareholders since you enacted the OFFICIAL CORPORATE SHARE BUYBACK program, from whom they were bought, and how much was paid for them. I am sure that ALL THE SHAREHOLDERS of the company would like to know the answer to this important question. Michael J Zwebner
