Mr Randall Howard reports Tricon Global Restaurants has licenced MKS Source Integrity, MKS's award-winning product for software development project management, to manage all of its Year 2000 software development initiatives. Tricon, the $13 billion parent company of KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell, will deploy MKS Source Integrity to more than 200 software developers among these businesses.
Systems integrator and consultant KPMG Peat Marwick recommended MKS
Source Integrity to Tricon after an in-depth evaluation of software development project management solutions. KPMG examined eight solutions and then conducted an extensive analysis of four: MKS Source Integrity, Intersolv PVCS, Platinum CCC Harvest and Rational ClearCase.
