I think the point about this being a great training tool in the corporate environment can not be overlooked. I know my company is evaluating some Computer Desktop training, and though the tool is good, having a video to walk through, can be more beneficial. The ability to provide both video and audio is pretty key. Real Player eliminates the need to provide VCR and Television equipment for training purposes and allows users to have training at their own desktops. Great concept. Users could even potentially dial in from their own homes and go through the training (for those of us who are ambitious enough to do this type of work at home).
