Pete, sounds fair. But, what reason does anyone have to believe that MAC would even pay their 40%? I figure MGR wants a different (more responsible partner) and some cash to bring the ratios back in line. With the mill only breaking even ...there is no hurry on MGR's part to restart. By the same token, with the current state of affairs, there's not much impetus for another investor to take the golden hook. I think we can all sit back and wait for further exploration results because Bumbat figures to be on hold for an extended period. HIW. (Hope I'm Wrong-I made it up:) Dave
