i've not followed zacks, but orckit has a manufacturing "understanding" with rockwell in their development work there. if the agreement is gte/aol (aol just announced deployment of dsl using gte yesterday), then it is quite big. some seem to think the agreement is with gte since they were in testing trials with orckit. it would seem logical that gte chose a company given aol's choice of gte. orckit is picking up contracts throughout because of its spliterless desgin.
