Jenna check out TIII, stock has not been below 4 since 1993.

Closed at 5 1/2 and has traded to at least 8 every year since 1993!
Book value is $4.10 and the only analyst that follows the company lost his job when Rodman went under. He has two job offers from other firms and is expected to initiate coverage where he lands in the near future. The company says there is over 1 billion dollars in contracts out there for them to bid on, plenty of business. The ex-Rodman analyst has a 11 dollar target price on this one. I think the stock has a lot more upside potential with not much downside risk and fits the bill as a Beaten Down Nasdaq Gem. I have been slooowly accumalating the stock from 4 1/4. They are expected to earn 72 cents next fiscal year and the stock could easily POP when the analyst resumes coverage. P.S. I've been lurking daily for several months and really appreciate your thread.
