Not necessarily, last year he sold a big chunk in the june quarter and they had a huge quarter in june. That is the earnings news that sent the stock from the low 20's to low 30's in 2 trading days. Mr. Koo was margined big time when he bought the rights. The bottom line is he still owns alot of the company and he will try to get the stock price up thru company fundamentals. His selling just gave people a buyin opportunity IMHO.
