TO SUMMIT CORPORATE OFFICERS RE: NOVATEC If you guys (Palmisano, Kelly and others) have any brains left, you should acquire this company (utilizing the proceeds of the 8-9 million shares of LCAV - May 17th is not too far away), hold it as a separate entity, have a PP (Private Placement) with a subsequent IPO (Initial Public Offering). This would provide SUMMIT with the next generation machine it needs which could be paid for with the capital received from the resulting IPO. It would also allow for the creation of a Summit Technology POWERHOUSE with the benefits from new sales and increase in procedures going to the shareholders (who I might say deserve it). This is just my strong opinion based on solid research. Also, I hope you guys have your #%@^ in order for 4/16/98 when you and VISX have to go slay the dragon. Get going...Pappy!
