Well, some cheerleaders are still here. Older and wiser. Infact I talked recently about the LOSSES incured by myself, AS WELL AS, the other former longs to the NEW CEO,; Mr John Yellich. He is in complete support that any proceeds of any lawsuit so "entitling the sufferers" of the Margin Calls, sells -forced etc(I think -IMHO), thusly be compensated in the future as to any distribution to those of US whom suffered looses.
There are a lot of us SUFFERERS out there and support that course of action. The problem is at one source, in some respects; yet -at other causes in other effects. I know only gray matter in my thinking here on what HAPPENED to US ALL. I don't KNOW the BLACK and White on that area which you just posted, but I will study the facts as they emerge, so will IPM and its management; of that I am CERTAIN.

P.S.- The personal attacks don't help on some female types that just might be quite SMART in real life; things sometimes are not what they appear. Even me; yet on face value the intentions do show through. Entheusasium is in some individual personalities and that changes views that look ( to a certain OTHER <ie your type of persona> ...HYPY. Really, I know of which I stocktalk. I have not shorted overseas, myself- THAT I AM PROUD TO SAY...I NEVER DID ON IPM. Period.
